Hon. Vice President

I am Shebeaun M.S., and I am honoured to stand as a candidate for Honorary Vice President at ISC. My journey has always been rooted in service, guided by a commitment to bring people together, listen with intent, and lead with purpose.

Alongside my professional and community commitments, I value the strong support of my family. My daughter is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science at Columbia University, and my son is in the 9th grade. My wife has been a steadfast pillar of support, dedicating herself to our family and enabling me to fully commit to my professional and community responsibilities.

Since joining ISC in 2008, this community has been an integral part of my life. I have had the privilege of serving as Joint Secretary (2022), General Secretary (2023), and Chairman (2024). Each role has strengthened my belief in structured governance, accountability, and the power of collective effort.

With over two decades of entrepreneurial experience across the UAE, Oman, and India, I have built and led successful ventures in dynamic environments. This journey has shaped my ability to think strategically, act decisively, and deliver results that create lasting value.

My approach to leadership combines forward-thinking ideas with practical execution. I believe in initiatives that are inclusive, sustainable, and aligned with the evolving needs of our members, ensuring progress that benefits everyone.

ISC’s true strength lies in its people. I am committed to fostering an environment where every member feels heard, valued, and empowered to contribute. Through open dialogue, transparency, and active engagement, I aim to build stronger connections across our community.

As we move forward, we must be prepared to adapt and grow. I bring a structured, analytical, and empathetic approach to addressing challenges, focusing on solutions that are practical, inclusive, and future-ready.

Community service remains central to my journey. I actively support welfare initiatives, serve as a Patron of a palliative care unit, and have contributed to alumni and social organizations. Having called Abu Dhabi home since 2003, I remain deeply committed to the growth and well-being of our community.
